Patrizia Candela has been elected as the new President of the Tourism and Events section of Confindustria Siracusa. The assembly also elected Maurizio Garofalo as Vice President and Roberto Bramanti, Salvatore Corso, Lidia Falzone, and Concetta
Messina as members of the Council. The new council aims to strengthen collaboration with local institutions and administrations to create a network and actively work with museums, organizations, and businesses. The President highlighted the need to promote the region’s cultural and natural attractions throughout the year, bringing in exhibitions, meetings, and events to attract visitors. Another important aspect of their program is to enhance the Technical Institutes for Hospitality to provide the hotel industry and cultural venues with new skills and opportunities for young people. The President expressed enthusiasm for the project and the future goals.
