Maurizio Impellizzeri, a 59-year-old farmer from Troina, has been arrested and accused of aggravated murder after shooting and killing his ex-wife, Mariella Marino, aged 56. He turned himself in to the investigators and has been taken into custody. Impellizzeri’s lawyer has decided not to defend him.
